I help you look at what you may need to let go of or replace with more positive self talk and other techniques.
We then work together to get in touch with the deepest part of you to create an action strategy based on your personal situation that flows naturally. This works to create the change you are looking for because it comes from your own innate wisdom, your authentic self.
